SCREENING

Before our screening, we conduct a behavioural assessment to test candidates’ performance on competencies related to the job description. The results inform our interview questions and help us run a more thoughtful and in-depth evaluation. During the interviews, we assess candidates against the agreed-upon key-criteria, evaluate their organizational-culture fit, ask behavioural questions, and probe their experience related to safeguarding. Our priority is to meticulously vet candidates, adhering to a recruitment ratio of 1:3, before presenting pre-screened individuals to our clients.

PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION

A pre-departure orientation is provided to candidates with the purpose of familiarizing them with the nuances of their destination country, including its cultural norms, do’s and don’ts. Additionally, comprehensive information regarding flight details, luggage allowances, and transit timings for those on connecting flights is disseminated. Moreover, Grooming standards and important details about the employing organization are communicated to ensure candidates are well-prepared for their upcoming assignment.
